Ms. Doeden's Preschool Classroom

 Hello! My name is Caitie Doeden. This will be my 4th year teaching preschool and my 2nd year here at Carlisle Elementary.  Before coming to Carlisle I taught for 3 years at East Marshall Elementary.  I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education and Early Childhood with a Special Education endorsement. I am from Newton, Iowa and am currently living in West Des Moines, Iowa. 

 

I am excited to be your child’s preschool teacher this year! We will have a lot of fun this year learning through play and discovery.  I value building relationships with my students and families.  Communication is key to making our year a success.  I look forward to learning together and am excited to make this the best year yet!

 

In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends.  I love traveling, cheering on the Minnesota Vikings, spending time outdoors, reading, running, and trying new things.
