Ms. Noel

Welcome! This will be my fourth year teaching, but my second year teaching 6th grade ELA and Intensive Reading at CMS. I enjoy reading (mystery is my favorite genre), writing, spending time outside, traveling, and hanging out with my pets (one cat and one dog). I graduated from Iowa State University with a BA in English Education. In my classroom, students will learn at high levels. We will learn how to effectively read, write, speak, and listen. In ELA, we dive into five units that cover a range of topics and skills, and allow us to read and analyze a variety of different texts and practice different styles of writing. I am excited for a great school year!
