Mrs. Baxter's 5th Grade

Hello! My name is Brandy Baxter, and I am currently in my 18th year of teaching! I graduated from Northwest Missouri State University and taught four years of Kindergarten at a small school in Missouri before coming to Carlisle. When I first started here, I was a Kindergarten teacher. After six more years at that level I moved to 1st grade. After four years there, I decided to make the big move to Hartford and have been teaching 5th grade ever since. I love it here and hope you do too! #hartfordrocks

 

My family and I live in Carlisle. Within our family, we have all the schools in our district covered! Mr. Baxter and Kaden are at the high school, Camdyn is at the middle school, Emily is in the elementary, and I'm at Hartford. I keep very busy running kids to sports and technology events. In my free time I love to read, go walking, and watch Netflix. I am very passionate about reading and helping kids love to read. My all time favorite book is Bridge to Terabithia, but I have a very long list of favorites!
