Amy Sorenson, School Nurse

I am the Hartford Upper Elementary nurse/secretary.  I grew upon a farm near Badger, Iowa and graduated from Fort Dodge Senior High School. I attended Grand View University and obtained my BSN.  Prior to working at Hartford, I worked for 22 years as a Registered Nurse at Blank Children's Hospital.  This is my fourth year at Hartford Upper Elementary and love working with the students and staff.  My husband Willy and I live in Carlisle and are thrilled to call this awesome community our home. We have three children, Alex and twins, Kennedy and Carter.  We keep very busy with all of our family activities and love to travel. Hartford Upper Elementary is a fantastic school and it truly "rocks"!
