Cindy Moorman, Elementary and High School Nurse

As a graduate and a parent of 2 children that graduated from Carlisle, I am very proud and passionate about our schools. I attended Simpson College graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Health Administration. After staying home with my son, Zac, and Daughter, Ashley, I attended Grand View University receiving a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing. My true passion was to work in public health and fulfilled that dream when I took the school nursing job in Carlisle. I have been the school nurse for Carlisle Elementary and High School for 19 years. My husband, Eric, and I live on an acreage with our dogs and horses just outside of Carlisle. For 10 years, I spent my summers as the director of Carlisle Summer Recreation program but recently gave that up to spend time with my grandchildren.
