Stephanie Guthrie - High School Counselor

The 2016-2017 school year was my first year at Carlisle High School. Before coming to Carlisle, I was a high school counselor at Johnston High School for ten years. I am an Ellsworth Community College and Iowa State graduate who taught high school special education for seven years before becoming a counselor.

 

My family and I have lived in the district for over 15 years. My husband, Chris, and I have a 16-year-old son, Carson, and a 13-year-old son, Ethan, as well as a miniature pinscher, Otis. Besides attending my boys' extracurricular activities, I love to read, walk, attend yoga classes, and spend time with family and friends.
