Ms. Kash's Fourth Grade

My name is Emily Kash and this is my sixth year teaching in the Carlisle Community School District! I graduated from UNI (go Panthers!) in 2016, and have taught fourth grade since joining this district. In 2020 I graduated with my masters degree in elementary education.

 In my free time I love to read, practice yoga, and travel whenever I get the chance. I've spent the last five summers traveling to different states and countries working for different youth programs. I'm always looking forward to my next adventure!

I could not be more excited to spend this year as a Wildcat, and I'm looking forward to all of the learning opportunities I'm going to have with this fourth grade class. I believe that all students should have the opportunity to learn in an environment where they feel safe and secure to explore their thinking. I challenge my students to question their own thinking, as well as promote student led discussions in our classroom.
